Hamag has built its reputation over the decades by manufacturing products that exceed the highest consumer expectations for quality and reliability. We take pride in the fact that each number holder we sell has been made right here in our Australian factory, under the highest standards of quality control. As such, we guarantee our leather number holders to be free of any material or manufacturing defect for the lifetime* of the product.
What does this mean for you?
Hamag will repair or replace (at its option) any of its leather number holders found to be defective in material or manufacturing free of charge. Note that this does not include damaged caused by normal wear and tear, accident (loss/theft), negligence, improper care, or unauthorized repair or modification.
* Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the product (rather than lifetime of the consumer). Although we use the highest standards when selecting materials for our leather number holders, all materials do experience a natural breakdown over extended time and use. Such wear and tear is not covered by our guarantee.
